    Second Skin AI

  • These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided under the brand Skin_02, operated as an extension of PR Jelena Ljubo, registered in the Republic of Serbia.

    By engaging Second Skin AI services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

    If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

  • Second Skin AI provides:

    • Custom AI persona design services

    • Identity architecture consulting

    • Prompt systems and digital playbooks

    • Visual assets and related identity materials

    Second Skin AI does not provide subscriptions or automated SaaS products at this time.

    All services are custom, consultative, and delivered in structured stages with client approval at each phase.

    • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to engage Second Skin AI services.

    • Second Skin AI does not work with minors under any circumstances.

    • All personas designed by Second Skin AI are 21 years of age or older.

    • Requests to create personas representing minors, youth identities, or age-ambiguous characters intended to resemble minors will be refused.

    No parental consent exception applies. Strict 18+ client requirement.

  • Second Skin AI will not accept, develop, support, or deliver any requests involving:

    • Minor personas or youth-targeted identity manipulation

    • Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive content

    • Political propaganda or political manipulation personas

    • Deepfake impersonation of real individuals (public or private)

    • Hate speech, extremist ideologies, or discriminatory content

    • Fraud, scam, deception, impersonation, or malicious identity misuse

    • Any activity violating Serbian law or applicable international law

    Second Skin AI reserves the right to refuse any project that conflicts with ethical, legal, or reputational standards.

  • All services are delivered in structured phases.

    At each stage:

    • The client receives documentation and/or deliverables.

    • Written approval is required before proceeding.

    • Adjustments are discussed and incorporated during the active collaboration phase.

    Because of this staged approval process, all sales are considered final.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

    Second Skin AI works collaboratively with the client throughout the process and obtains written approval at every major stage.

    Once a stage is approved, it is considered accepted and complete.

    No refunds will be issued for:

    • Change of mind

    • Business strategy shifts

    • Market repositioning

    • Subjective dissatisfaction after written approval

  • Unless otherwise agreed in a written annex:

    • All intellectual property remains owned by PR Jelena Ljubo / Second Skin AI.

    • Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered persona and materials for their intended business use.

    • Clients may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or claim authorship of the core identity framework.

    If full ownership transfer is desired, it must be defined in a signed annex agreement.

  • Second Skin AI reserves the right to:

    • Showcase completed work

    • Display visual assets

    • Reference identity systems

    • Include projects in “Archive” or related pages

    Unless:

    • A signed NDA explicitly prohibits public use.

  • Second Skin AI may use AI-assisted tools as part of the identity design and visual generation process.

    The client acknowledges:

    • AI outputs may evolve over time due to platform updates.

    • Second Skin AI does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with third-party AI systems.

    • The client is responsible for ethical and lawful use of the persona after delivery.

  • The client agrees:

    • Not to use the delivered persona for unlawful or deceptive activities.

    • Not to modify the persona in ways that create legal or ethical violations.

    • To ensure compliance with platform-specific AI and advertising policies.

    Second Skin AI is not responsible for how the client deploys or operates the persona post-delivery.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Second Skin AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages.

    • Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

    • Second Skin AI does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, revenue, growth, audience size, or brand performance.

    Identity architecture is a strategic asset, not a financial guarantee.

  • Second Skin AI reserves the right to terminate a project immediately if:

    • The client provides misleading information.

    • The client attempts to use the persona for prohibited activities.

    • The client breaches these Terms.

    In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

    Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Serbia.
